Meet Our
Expert Instructors
Renee Mack-Mitchell, CEO of Royal Treatment Beauty Academy, is a Master Instructor, Author, and Salon Owner with over 28 years of experience as a stylist and 20 years as a Master Instructor. She serves on prestigious boards like the Oklahoma City Adventure District and RKR Inc., and has traveled globally as a platform artist with CHI/Farouk Systems. Renee has also organized successful hair shows in Oklahoma City and built multiple salon businesses from the ground up.
Known for her “go-get-it” spirit and visionary thinking, Mrs. Mack-Mitchell mentors high school and adult students. Renee also inspires others as a motivational speaker. She was the 1st educator from Oklahoma City to teach on stage at the Bronner Brothers International Hair Show. She is a devoted wife to Sterling Mitchell Jr., mother of four, and grandmother of three. Her mission at Royal Treatment Beauty Academy is to equip students to grow from beauty professionals to business owners, helping them achieve time freedom and lasting wealth.
